For cancelling a service, you have to place a cancelation request from customer portal. To place a cancellation request,

1. Login to the client area at https://secure.vamphost.com/billing/clientarea.php
2. Click My products/services
3. Click on the icon at right side of your service row. It will bring you the service details page.
   
4. Click Request Cancellation button
5. It will bring you the confirmation page. Fill the form, and press the button.
6. The support staff(s) will take care of rest depending on your account status.
